We recently completed a comprehensive renovation project on Oaks Road in Framingham, blending expansive outdoor living space with functional interior upgrades.
New Deck Construction
The project included a new 16’x16’ composite deck, featuring Trex Enhance® decking boards and a matching Trex Composite Railing System for a sleek, low-maintenance finish. A custom 8’x12’ pergola was added for shade, accented with durable PVC trim, while lattice skirting enclosed the base for a polished look. The outdoor connection to the home was enhanced with a 60” Andersen® door featuring built-in blinds, seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor living.

Interior Home Remodeling
Inside, the team transformed the home with a full bathroom remodel and a redesigned closet, optimizing both spaces for modern convenience. A structural wall between the kitchen and living room was removed to create an open-concept layout, supported by a 14” LVL beam and a lally column in the basement for stability. The renovation included new framing, electrical work, drywall, and plaster, finished with fresh paint throughout.
- Bathroom & Closet Remodel: Fully updated with modern fixtures, finishes, and optimized storage.
- Structural Wall Removal: Opened the kitchen to the living room by removing a load-bearing wall, reinforced with a 14″ LVL beam supported by a lally column in the basement. Included new framing, electrical, drywall, and plaster for a seamless transition.
- Fresh Painting: Enhanced the entire space with a new, cohesive color palette.

The flooring updates elevated the home’s aesthetic: existing hardwood on the first floor was meticulously sanded and refinished, while the kitchen received new waterproof LVT flooring for durability and style. Every detail reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
- Refinished Existing Hardwood (1st Floor): Sanded and stained for a like-new appearance.
