Dani responded immediately from the onset. We had to build an ADA Compliant 30 ft ramp,landing and stairway too, to access existing double doors.

After initially meeting with her I then also met Lais at the site. After that first meeting I thought to myself I think I made the right choice and they really know their stuff. Lais drew up excellent plans in a very timely manner for our building permit and dealt with the Building Commissioner and all Inspectors going forward. Our communications were always excellent and once the construction started it continued straight through with only weather being a minor slow down once or twice. Reny did an excellent job on the actual construction. From permit, plans, dumpster, digging, sonna tubes to final rails and cleanup and everything in between. They even took care of removing a large bush and shrubs when I couldn’t get a landscaper I knew to come out soon enough.

Furthermore when it became known that we would need proper sign on a cured metal post as well as paint demmarkings in the parking space area, they handled all that. I found those specific products I needed on the Amazon and they did all the work. I need to get an electrician for wiring a sign over the exit and they are going to take care of that as well. There was also another issue on an opposite exterior wall that Reny took care of while they were waiting for materials to arrive. In short they were great to work with, professional, always able to address any concerns that arose and I highly recommend them!

So, at first, I was on the hunt for some architects in Natick to help me design my new sunroom. After poking around a bit, I found Millhawlk and after certain back and forth, I hired them. They did a pretty good job with the drawings and the permit stuff. Now, i’m enjoying the summer with the best part of my house, my brand new sunroom!

I hired Millhawlk Projects to make a full set of drawings to a exterior deck in late 2019 at Fall River, MA, their support was awesome, the design process was very helpful, we had no clue about flooring deck, and then they bring a couple samples and explained how each deck works, same for samples, and at the end of the day, we chooses Trex, and since there, no problems with the decking.

About the design, they potentiated our ideas and the area for the deck. Regarding the permit process, was a very smooth application process, they take care of all the paperwork, inspections and back and forth with the town.
