Critical Discovery & Substrate Preparation
This decision came at the perfect time. Earlier in the project, while tying the new back porch roof structure into the main house, our crew uncovered a serious hidden issue: the existing house roof completely lacked an underlayment barrier and had a heavily degraded substrate beneath it. Once the clients approved the full replacement, our team went straight to work:
